sphinxx has combined forces with dozens of Australia’s top women in business to deliver an innovative group mentoring program for all working women. In an innovative group mentoring program called Take the Lead, sphinxx is connecting working women with female role models who've shattered the glass ceiling. Prominent female “guest leaders” from all industries and sectors are invited to participate and share their wisdom across the sphinxx community.
Mentors range from the corporate sector, including Karen Moses, Chief Operating Officer of Origin Energy and Lisa Gray, Chief Operating Officer – Retail Banking Australia at National Australia Bank; to entrepreneurs like Naomi Simson, Red Balloon Days; to Anna McPhee, Director of EOWA and Dr Nikki Williams, CEO of the NSW Minerals Council.

In private 1:1 sessions, Jen coaches and womentors women on how to build professional awareness, access personal support networks and form powerful business relationships; and leaders of women on creating work environments that women thrive in.
Prior to starting sphinxx, Jen enjoyed a 15-year career in finance and business consulting that spanned diverse industries, international borders and a host of Fortune 500 companies. Jen has worked for, consulted to and mentored women across the finance, professional services, manufacturing, services, retail, telecommunications and educational sectors. She is now a trusted mentor and adviser to dozens of successful women and organisations.
