when you look at the statistics in this way, it makes sense. Why would you discount 50% of your talent pool? You wouldn't deliberately do that to you customer base and expect to stay in business.

And hopefully, companes that continue to do so in their executive and board selection, will realize they can't stay in business without more talented women around.
