How would you invest in pro-gender diversity businesses?

Thursday, May 20, 2010

I just posted a question on LinkedIn, and wanted to invite blog readers to answer it too: You have been given $100,000 to invest in one of 3 companies, and you want to invest in a business with an approach to gender diversity you approve of:

The first is going to implement a strict women in business policy where its going to bring the ratio of women to men to 50 : 50.

The second does not want to change and only employees best man / woman for the job.

The third is going to go full on girl power and just employ 100% women.

Which one would you invest in and why?

I would love to hear your thoughts. Either click here to answer on LinkedIn, answer in the comment section below (and get a free Innoxa goody bag for blog comment posting in the Ascend period!).
