Buy a new property, without the hassles

Saturday, January 03, 2009
If you are in the market for a new home or investment property, have you considered using the services of a buyers agent? Buyers agents take the stress out of finding, inspecting, negotiating on and buying property - saving you time and money. You simply specify your requirements - such as location, prospect, aspect, bedrooms, carparking and so on - and your buyers agent will go to work putting together a portfolio of properties for your consideration. From your shortlist, they will then take care of negotiations and land your new dream home or investment property. The process can take some time to set up initially, but think of the leg work you will save from trekking around town on your precious weekends on the "open inspection" trail. Google local buyers agents in your area, shortlist and select, and then leave them to do the hard work for you!
